Orientation

In order to participate in Time Bank tasks and private events, members must first complete the onboarding process to become fully vetted Co-op Participants.


  1. Attend a one hour orientation meeting. You can find scheduled orientations on the google calendar located at the bottom of the Member Resources tab or request to join our private Facebook Group page and visit the events tab. 
  2. Fill out the Application where you will consent to a public background check.
  3. Review our Policies and
    Procedures by visiting the Co-op Public Files drive.
  4. Wait for a welcome email. If you don't hear back from us within 1 week, email onboarding@gigharborwc.org to follow up.
  5. Jump in!  Attend an event or help with a task as soon as you can. We are excited to team up with you soon.

There is no charge to attend the orientation session and the co-op will cover the expenses associated with your onboarding. While donations are appreciated to help cover the background check costs, you are not obligated to do so.
